My inspiration for this photo concept came from poet Rupi Kaur.
Her poem goes - Our back tell stories no books have the spine to carry.

That was when it got me thinking, what story could I tell focusing mainly on capturing a women's back.

Since its opening; X-large has been a store that has absorbed everything from skateboard culture, Hip-Hop, Rock, Jazz and other trends. Most notably in X-large history was with Beastie Boys Mike Diamond. He was and still is a huge influence in what X-large is today.
